Hi, I’m Karen, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), Certified Health Coach, yoga teacher and lifelong scientist.

My approach is rooted in science but shaped by real life. These are the values that shape my approach to supporting you:

  • Food is more than just fuel

  • Nutrition is just one piece of the puzzle in lifestyle factors supporting your health and wellbeing

  • Fundamentals over fads every time

  • Mental health is as important as physical health

  • Taking positive action towards our health is not always easy, even when we know what we would like to do

  • I don’t believe in restriction and prefer an intuitive approach to eating

I use a varied range of tools for a whole-person approach to support your health and the behaviours that shape it.

I can support you with specific nutrition guidance and support, as well as helping you work on your relationship with food.

  • Level 4 Diploma in Coaching (Healthcare)
