Hi, I’m Karen – a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), Certified Health Coach, yoga teacher and lifelong scientist with a deep curiosity about how the body and mind work.
My approach is rooted in science but always shaped by real life. I believe in small, practical shifts. No strict plans or wellness hype, just sustainable strategies that work for you. My approach is compassionate and catered to your individual needs.
I also use tools from yoga and coaching for a whole body approach to support both your physical health and the behaviours that shape it.
